e60 545i - Small Coolant Leak
Morning,
Yesterday I noticed a small puddle of coolant driversside front near the wheel (U.K right had drive car)
I had the AA out to try and diagnose the problem. Theypressure tested the cooling system and no pressure was lost. Everything was ok.
After driving the car this morning, I parked up turnedthe car off and notice the same puddle of coolant and there was a slow drip.
2 weeks ago I had a coolant flush and was advised thecoolant might need a top up after driving for a few days.
Last week I topped up with some water.
Would too much coolant in the system cause a leak fromthe over flow after the car has been driven and parked up?
Any help would be appreciated. Its driving me crazy aspressurising the cooling system would have diagnosed a leak straight away.

Possible alternative explanation - are you sure it was coolant and not windshield cleaner? Both can be colored. Coolant has a distinct sweet smell and is slightly slippery between the fingers. Windshield spray is most likely alcohol and water only.

Wife had a radiator leak in her X5. System passed pressure test. But, they added dye to the coolant and found a hairline crack in the radiator.
