Check your sunroof drains and the drains under the cabin filters and make sure the water drains out.. 6 drains totall. three per side. look under the spare tire make sure there is no signs of water . Even if its dry down there relocate the modules to the side panels.

that's perfect thank you heaps for the info! I'd love to change the trans fluid on mine as its starting to get bumpy on the 2-1 shift i looked for a DIY but i couldn't find any on changing the fluid/gaskets in the transmission on the 545i! maybe i was missing it.
