Rallye BMW is a rip off and so is BMW of Manhatthan.
BMW of Bayside however has the best price in New York City.
You can just buy the kit from bayside and you are good to go. You must have a truck to pick up the items and your own body shop to paint and install.
If you don't have a body shop to paint and install and need a body shop to do the necessary work, I can refer to you one that does a fantastic job in Queens. PM me if you are interested.
