Unplug the BSD connector at the alternator then measure voltage at the alternator. Make sure you're testing it at the alternator only and the car is running. If your voltage is not around 13.7 then your alternator is bad and need to replaced it again. It should be at 14.2v

Welp. Confession time.
Turns out I brought this on myself. Tried a different battery and got the same result. Tried with and without the BSD and IBS plugged in. Same results, no charge. I even tried registering a battery swap, no luck.
Started going over the cables under the hood. Turns out I hadnt secured the + cable properly when I swapped the starter a couple of months ago. Tightened it down and now we're back on the road!
Getting 14.1V now which seems in line with the battery settings and the "accidental" new battery registration.
Pretty sure this is probably what shorted my injectors to positive before as well. Thanks for all the help, guys!
