My Ride: E60 530i
E60 530i M54 engine vibration / shaking idle
Hello,
I have BMW 530i E60 with M54 engine problem:
engine vibration at idle and rough idle when accelerating up to 1.5 k rpm, it feels that engine is vibrating and a little shaking.
Sparks, ignition coils and engine mounts were replaced to new, but problem still here..
What problems can be? any idea?

A vacuum leak will also create a rough idle. It can also be the DISA valve (at the back of the intake) well known issue on the M54 engines. Could also be the DISA valve gasket.
I would start by pulling the DISA valve out and see if it is still intact (they sometime self destruct). It is held by torx, tons of info about the DISA with the E46 guys (Same engine)

Engine: M54
Vacuum leak, also check to see that your VANOS system is functioning properly. DISA valve will do that too as OP mentioned.
