Noticed that those 330i cab or coupe has a nice low exhaust note....
Anyone know why?

I know the exhaust muffler set up is different, any reason for it?
Executive sedan? got to be quiet and well mannered?

I think it is the last you mentioned.. It is more civilized then my old 330 ci convertible.. I don't mind. I like the sound of my 5 even better then my old 3 inside the cabin.

The 4.4 liter's sound is subdued as well, but still has a nice note.
