Default E60 530i 2006 Door Locks

My door locks unlock/lock when I turn headlights on/off, sitting with car on/off or outside the vehicle. Is this the rebirth of Christine? Is this a common issue? I’ve checked my fuses over and over again with a multimeter, test light, and OBDII scanner and can’t figure this annoying issue out. Can someone please direct me in the right direction? I’m grateful for any information.

Respectfully,

R. Avery

I wouldn't think it would be a fuse if the locks are working. I've never heard of this before but I'd start with default coding my LM and BCM. If that doesn't work then it's a wiring issue.

It just seemed odd how all doors would be affected.

I figured the issue out. The door lock/unlock switch had come loose or wasn't reconnected when repairs were being done to something unrelated.
