E60 530da strange engine rattle when acceleratin

Hello
My 2006 530 d automatic is rattling sometimes when i accelerate, this appears only sometimes and low revs.
Car have 89000 km in meter. Uploaded youtube vid where u can hear this sound: http://m.youtube.com/index?xl=xl_bla...&v=UzRhzxtc0WI
If anyone could tell me what is causing that sound would be very grateful.

Hi.
Really hard to tell... Have you removed the swirl flaps?
The first thing that came into my mind was a broken swirl flap in the intake manifold rattling along the airflow, but I doubt that sound would be so loud.
Transmission?

We didnt get that noise to appear at the dealers, so we plugged car to a laptop and drived allround with live diagnostics. Mechanic said theres nothing to worry according live-data. And havent heard that noise for a while now. But if your dealers figures that out tell us ?
