E60 530d Suspension upgrade advice wanted
Hello.
I'm looking for advice on how to improve the handling of my LCI 530d (non sport).
I want to avoid lowering it excessively - less than an inch. Not sure how much that requirement works against the outcome though.
My budget is around $1200 (for parts). I will be fitting things myself.
Still have the run flats at the moment (Dunlop sport sp 01) but will probably move to normal tyres after they wear out.

Well not getting much interest here so I'll narrow down the question.
Has anybody fitted a set of sway bars only (no aftermarket springs/shocks) to a std E60?
If so what was the ride like afterwards (what was good or bad).
Would you recommend this as a first upgrade?
I am running 18" wheels on run flats - but will move to std tyres when they wear out.
Cheers.
