its just the cost of getting them. lol. i live miles from any bmw dealer and theyre too miserable to post anything. so i normally source what i need online instead.

Item 16 is the gasket set (big gasket plus two for 3 spark plug holes each).
Item 7 is what I was calling a grommet (you need 15).
Item 13 seals around the filler cap. Might as well change it while you're in there.

When you get started, be really careful not to damage the hose that you have to disconnect at the front left corner. If you break that, you'll have a lot more work to do.

Look for DIY instructions in that E46 Fanatics forum. Just ignore all the childish stuff. I think the median age must be about 15.

yeh i found part 13 no trouble. i got a mechanic mate doing the work so ill leave all that to him but ill warn him about the hose. i was looking for part 8 i think, didnt realise it was part 7 i needed. at least with the numbers i might make it a bit easier.

wierd, thought i replied to this lol. im in the southwest, think epping is the opposite side up by london. i found Bmw Direct on ebay. its BMWs official online store. ill give them an email with the part numbers when i get time and see what they can do.
