Default E60 520i transmission problem

Hi,
The car is E60 520i 2004, it has M54 engine with 6hp19 transmission. I get transmission fault, went into limp mode, usually when I accelerate with engine RPM above 3500rpm. No matter when it is in D, DS or steptronic mode.

I scanned the car amd got the following error code:
004F81 EGS: Ratio monitoring, clutch A
004F92 EGS: Ratio monitoring, clutch A-C
I already replaced the sleeve seal kit (4pcs), bridge seal, trans filter, new fluid.
I think all that's left to replace is the solenoids, will it guarantee fix my transmission issue?
any other suggestion is welcome..

What fill procedure did you perform? How much fluid did it take? As long as the transmission is not slipping you can get it back to where it needs to be.

I filled the fluid after I replaced the transmission sump with the new one, with the engine off until fluid coming out of fill hole, and did the same but with the engine running.

The fault happens when transmission under load and around 3k RPM suddenly it feels like the trans suddenly in neutral and the iDrive shows trans. fault message. Do you think the transmission is slipping?

You didn't answer the important question. HOW MUCH FLUID DID IT TAKE? These need the right amount of fluid to work correctly. Your fill procedure was incorrect so your fluid is too low

I think it was a little bit over 7 liters. I used up 8 bottles(a liter bottle). I spilled a bit so I'd say maybe it took about 7.5liters
