Thanks for the input should have mentioned the dpf is still off so its deffo not that need to get cat off and hope its that......anybody know any good turbo check?I think DIS has the ability to step the actuator so you can visually check if the vnt actuator moves freely which normally the problem right?

 

If there is a threaded plug beyond the turbo, in the charge pipe or the start of intake manifold, then screw in a pressure gague and see what level of charge you develop at 1500 rpm's. Easiest means I can think of. Also look at the waste gate and see if it is hung open.
