Today I saw the above message. When I restarted the car i went away and did not come back right away.
Anyone get this before? What does it mean?
Thanks

I got the same message 3 different times right when the dash lit up.
1) they said no error messages found.
2)the stealer updated my software (don't know which version).
3) When the message came on, I drove to the stealers and let them check it out.
After the car was turned off, the message did not appear again.
I was then told a new part was going to be ordered (valve block or something like that. Part is supposed to be in on 7/6 0r 7/7
I picked up my car on 7/2/4, no message yet.

I got the warning once when I was parking and stopped without putting in the clutch...duh ( I have a manual transmission). I restarted and the warning went away so I assumed it was operator error. Never saw the warning again.

My Ride: 2008 535i: June 6th start build, complete June 17th, at NY Port July 5th, at dealer July 10th, took delivery Friday July 13- Plantimum Bronze/Natural Brown Leather/Light Poplar, Sport Package, Sport Auto, Active Steering, Premium Package, CWP & PDC. Dinan Performance Software 384hp & 421 ft/lbs.
Had two Dynamic Drive Failures both within a week of one another. Both reset themselves after rebooting (restarting) the car. I went to the dealer on the first one but they said no error message was stored. After the first two it never happened again. I did get an Active Steering Failure but it reset itself after restarting.
The Dynamic Drive failure made the suspension feels softer and the steering was sloppier. The Active Steering failure also slowed the steering.
