Is Dynamic Drive (for Automatic Transmisions) always on or is there an on/off switch for it next to the shifter? Just wondering ...

Always ON, not switchable in my knowledge, but surely worth of.

Is there something under the hood that would verify that my car has the option? I ordered it, the dealer says I have it, I think I have it, but I "trust no 1"

Can't you adjust it in idrive?? I have only driven a 745iA with it, and I found some settings for it in the idrive menu...

Yes, you would be able to verify that it is there by peering down the under-carriage, this post featured 2 pics that will rest your doubt hopefully

Thank you very much Olivin530i, got under the car last night (or at least I peaked under it) and it was exactly like the pictures you directed me to, thanks again.

BTW, the under carrage of the car looks very airstream!

DD cannot be turned off.

Another alternative to check if you've got DD is to drive fast and take a corner. If you don't feel your car tilt, then you've surely got DD. Be careful though.
