Washed the car, sprayed outside (not engine compartment) and I get in to see more error icons.
Is this sensor located at wheel areas related or else ?
Steering wheel feels a bit heavier during drive.
Is it safe to drive?
error codes:
6137 AL: Engine position sensor
613D AL: Interlock electrical fault
5D4D ARS: Direction valve
D1E4 CAN steering wheel angle, C4
6DEC DSC: Interface, active front steering

It's safe to drive if it starts. Have you looked at your voltage levels on the battery and alternator. My concern would be the engine sensor failure.

This is my finding:
Car starts without problem, did around 30 miles, steering feels heavier, at standstill/idle with engine running did scan and voltage appears normal mostly of the time but if light press on gas pedal noticing voltage drop for very brief moment almost hard to notice but managed to take screenshots.
At one of the instances of this voltage drop the error of dynamic drive malfunction displayed (see 1st picture of my initial post) this was not displaying during the entire 30 miles trip only at this moment, of course the other 3 yellow icons display soon as starting the engine.
So this finding makes me conclude that voltage drop is causing the DD malfunction but is not clear why additional 3 yellow icons are now constant, maybe all related to this.
Mu plan soon as parts arrive in few days is to fix the alternator gasket seal, it was replaced not to long ago by my local BMW mechanic but I suspect something was not done properly such as oil thermostat O rings not replaced with new ones or something similar there, will know more once I get there but the oil leak is coming from that area.
I also ordered a new voltage regulator p/n 12318510090 so while there will be cleaning the alternator and replacing the regulator. This part arrived as I ordered it from another source and not BMW dealer-their price on this is really high.
Also while there will inspect the steering cables/connectors in that area.

Oh yea it's definitely getting too low and the cause of at least part of your issue. 14.13v is also low. You should be around 14.7v. Hopefully the regulator fixes everything.
