pro nav - ok, is required, you have it.
digi tv and text - ok, settop box has it.
dvd and av input - my tech is checking that possibility, I think there must be a way, since in the settop box menu it says: "activate aux in" and that has nothing to do with the other aux input for the radio.
rearscreens... settop box signal seems to be FBAS and gets converted into RGB by the CCC... I dunno if you can do that...

I have been told there is a product in the us which can use this CD Changer input in the trunk to control an Ipod. I am thinking of getting this done.

I just picked up an Orient Blue 545i this month and I am also interested in iPod connectivity and also the ability to play DVD movies on the main and or external screens. Any news is appreciated.... I am in Irvine, CA

The cables DD found are used for the settop box in my E60. As you can see, the settop box has an input left, where you can connect a DVD player, or whatever.
