OF COURSE DSC is always on! Especially in the rain. In DTC-mode wheel spin is allowed, while the stability control is still engaged - why would you want to allow wheel spin in the rain? I've only done that on a very wet and very muddy surface where I had trouble climbing, and of course, more often during the winter.

DSC most of the time but that's because i'm not drift freak (all the time 
) and turn dsc off as soon as it starts to rain a bit. If i want to really drive hard (almost race) in the city i use dtc. If i want just to have more fun i turn dsc off. Most of the time is on!

In the few times that it has rained here in AZ, I keep everything enabled. However, when I want to have some fun in either dry or wet, I turn it all off and slide away. Haven't found much use for DTC only, though. For me, it's all or nothing.
