Default Driveshaft Problem

Been having vibrations whenever I accelerate. Wasn't too bad at first but now it's getting to be a really hard vibration. Looked up some solutions and one common problem people have is the Driveshaft Flex Joint/Flex disk, Guibo whatever you want to call it. I went under the car and took a picture of it.

Can anyone take a look at the picture and see if that's the actual problem just by looking at it?

It's looks pretty old and has quite a bit of miles on it.

Just as a little more info - only vibrates when accelerating(Stops after 30Mph)

i've seen worse.. usually people are alerted to their failure when the bolts of one side hit the other sides coupling, makes a ding ding ding ding noise under load. FWIW my own car has a vibration under acceleration and have traced it to the NSR half shaft. havnt had time to swap it out tho as v.busy. if any of he gaitors in the halfshafts are gone they can be considered suspect.
