Drivers side eyebrow malfunction 04 530i

I noticed that the eyebrow was out and the 5 LED bulbs, two were out and three were on very low. Whats wrong?

My Ride: Bmw 530d 2004

I've been having the same problem for a year or something. Sometimes they work and sometimes they don't. I think it's broken leds or bad soldering. I can get them to work if I give them a bit higher voltage (around 15V to 17V) for a moment with an external power supply.
