When I purchased my 545, the drivers cup holder would stick and I had to almost pull it out to get it going. Once it started to move, it would swing out without any problems. Now I have a replacement for it and would like to get it replaced. Has anyone done a DIY on replacing these? It seems to be a fairly common issue.

Those cup holders are the pits !!
I always bang my knee under the holder spilling soda contents over switches (when in passenger seat), or reach out and miss the can / bottle with same result.
These holders should be down low where any spillage causes less damage.
In my E91 a minor soda spill glued up my temp control switch solid, meaning a new unit = unacceptable design flaw.
