You have bussiness NAV and not PRO NAV. Bussiness NAV only shows arrows and works with the small screen, you could say it is a cheaper version, in order to use the map you need PRO NAV, otherwise you are stuck with the arrows

no solution except retrofit the professional navigation system. which is anyway diffucult as dealer advisor said ?? but if you got the latest CD for gulf then put it somewhere in sharing programs so I can copy it as well ...
no need to pay for arrws ??
