You should hook a bungie cord on the inside so it won't open and hit somebody and then their name will be SueSueBMW!

Well, the only time it happens is in our driveway, so I doubt there'd be anyone standing there to get hit... but anyways, very amusing.

You can't steal it even if you get in, you can't even open the doors if you break it. The 5-series got 95% forsecurity by a UK magazine recently. The only car in its class that the testers couldn't break in to. It only lost 5% because it didn't have etched windows.

True, but broken into is different than being stolen. Breaking in only takes one rock/brick, driving off is a whole other story.

There isn't any way to get inside the car from the trunk...?

Do you have fold-down rear seats or a ski bag? It might be possible to gain access to the interior via the trunk if you do...

BMW offers protective glass, you can't brake with a rock/brick.

Yeah, but then what happens if you have an accident and can't get out, nobody can get you out in a hurry?!?!? Good and bad points

You know Sue , twice I have found my trunk open after parking in a lot .
I though I maybe activated the remote when I put the keys in my pocket.

Not so sure now, you've got me thinking .
