Hello, my car is 2004 E60 525i, rear wheel drive, 89K miles.

Does this car have front differential? If so, is it a separate box or part of the transmission?

Does it have transfer case? It is not a AWD, but instead rear wheel drive.

Asking as I'd like to replace their oil the same time I am to change rear differential oil.

no transfer case or front diff on your car.

 

Kyle is correct. You would only have a transfer case or differential in the front in the event of an AWD or 4WD setup.
