Classic - picked my car up from the "Dealer" Saturday morning and the clock is all dashes again - the exact reason I brought the car in. I go inside and tell the SA the clock isn't fixed and his solution is to send a tech out to set if for me. Said they charged the battery as the test showed it was below 70%. I said why was it below 70% and I was told the test plan didn't take them that far - it only told them to charge the battery. Said to bring it back if the clock resets again - to which I replied - it just happened again. "Sorry sir, the tech that worked on your car isn't here so I can't ask if he forgot to reset your clock."

The service manager will be calling me Monday morning.

Exactly, what car needs to be driven every three days? Bs, I let my car sit for weeks sometimes and never had an issue. Ask them about all the cars on their lot that just sits there, I'm sure they don't plug them all in or drive them all every three days.
