Does CIP Update include CCC/Nav Update & Language Change?

Does getting the CIP updated also update the CCC module, or the Navigation software (Nav Pro). If not is there a way or method to update the navigation software like on the older MKIV units?
Also will the update change the voice recognition to English from a foreign language or is that a seperate update.
Can someone give me a list of the modules or the process needed for changing the spoken language?
