check your idrive in setting and see if you have under lighting.

Titangrau: It's foolish to say you save xenons, battery, fuel when you have your lights off .. it's some sort of old granny's BS tales. You can save fuel also by having your radio turned off or you can ride a bike to save your whole car

I have always all lights on - useful when you drive faster then others and increases safety too plus .. (plus it's a road rule in CZ)

With the LCI DRLs I'll use but the pre-LCI No way in hell!

Exactly. My previous E60 never. The LCI car, most definitely. It's distinctly BMW from very far away as well.

My Ride: 2006 525i, Premium,Cold,Xenon Packages

I changed my pre-LCI high beam bulb to Xenon look ones.. So in morning DRL is half-lit (doesnt provide full power), and it looks like this.. better than standard DRL yellow look.

still looks like toyota. i dont even turn my DRL at all. I REFUSED TO PUT TOYOTA BADGE ON MY E60...


from far distance they will think that " oh new toyota is running by" and as soon as you pass them and see our grills they will say "wait was that a bmw?"

you do know even more expensive cars have DRLs which look like BMW stock DRL right
