Do you use your "running daylights"?

My Ride: My ex-ride: EU '08 LCI 520dA. Space Grey, Sport Seats in Black Leather/Fabric Anthracite, Sport Steering Wheel, A/C with Extended Features, Hi-Fi Speakers, Cup Holders, Cruise with Braking function, Folding Rear Seats, Xenons, Park Distance Control.
In Scandinavia there's a law that all motor vehicles must have lights on all the time.
This is for safety reasons, a car with the lights on is spotted better by other motorists, even in the daytime.
So all you LCI E60/61 drivers - activate your running daylights from the iDrive and use the auto-light function!

defintely use mine, they were programmed on when i picked up my car...thought about turning them off via idrive in the first week I had the car...decided against it and kept them on for safety reasons...

I've always turned daytime running lights on but recently in Austria, the law requiring this was repealed.
I'm not sure if they will enact new legislation for this or not but it's still safer to drive with them on, regardless of what country you are in.
