Mine is 09/03 built. I already upgrade the software to the latest version but I still don't have WB.

I will ask dealer see if they can enable it for me.

No such WB in Europe, it's a USA only thing. But who knows, we are experiencing more and more tornados, severe thunder stroms and hail... Maybe we will have a WB somewhen in the near future in Europe too...

Thanks Rudy.

It sounds like weather info from Mars to me but then again I live in NY.

Many of the stations use a text-to-speech interface so the computer synthesized voice is basically reading the weather bulletins and alerts.

Here in Pittsburgh, years ago, it sounded like something out of some '70s movie about "the future" but now, they must've upgraded because it's pretty intelligible for an automated system.

BMW545: Please update your profile to include your location. If you don't want to specify your city then at least specify your country. It is very difficult for us to provide helpful and correct answers with this most basic information. Thanks.

Day 12! Sweet. You're over the worst part now Sam. Just watch the temptation when you're in a social situation w/ other smokers, especially if there are cocktails. As for WB, I don't seen to have it on my Jan 04 build. Maybe I'm looking in the wrong place. Would it be under the entertainment sections? If so, mine only shows FM, AM and CD. No sign of WB

You're looking in the right place kscarrol.

There must've been an upgrade somewhere that enabled it. If you plan on getting version 12, you'll probably get it then.

Okay, and I had to try out the new smilies....

I wonder if somehow WB is part of Nav? I've scanned the posts and it seems that everyone who has WB also has Nav, and those that don't have WB (in the US) also do not have Nav.

Anyone out there with WB but without Nav?
