The real value of this car are the miles you have driven and the memories and comfort thereof.

Drive drive drive! Unless you have a Carrera GT, Ferrari Enzo, Mclaren F1, Bugatti Veyron or the like, keeping the miles low does absolutely nothing. You don't buy a car to retain value, it's going down in the dumper anyways. You buy a car to enjoy and have fun, and for those people who could care less about cars, they buy the sub $18k-ish market reliable and cheaper vehicles that last forever.

2005 with 77k happy miles here (9k put on by me) .

134k and going! No way this is sitting around being dusted in the garage. This car rocks!

I was only expecting to do 5-10000 km per year, as I use the city train for work during the week. However I've already done 10k in the first 6 months! Well I knew that car was never going to be sitting around much -- and I don't care if air travel is cheaper, "flying at low altitude" is more fun!
haha! I've the same feeling ! I rather travel at high speed at low altitude. Saw your car at Frederiksberg yesterday (Sunday).

I average 40 miles a day, allllll the time. Love it!

This is the ONLY car I've ever owned that when someone goes "can you drive me here?" or "it might be a longer drive" I'm like HELL YEAH!

I feel guilty for not using my car enough. It spends way too long in the garage. The problem is that I work from home (so zero mile commute to my office) and we have a gym room at home too. I'm averaging about 7,000 miles a year and 2,000 of those are all in one go on my annual trip back to England. I do meet the requirement of the thread though, I do drive it everywhere and love every mile of it (even though most of them are kilometres)

my e60 is my DD and the family weekend hauler

miles are still low tho, as my DD to and from work is 4 miles

I've had my e60 for 30 months now and barely at 17,800K miles....

***a good number of people/member's lease their e60's, which would be a reason why they do not drive their e60 everywhere/try to keep the miles low....

I lease. But I buy 18K miles per year. I live to drive.
