There is a ton of useful information in this thread, but really...foglights? Can we start a thread on who uses there seatbelts? How about the cigarette lighter...oh, how about who picks their nose while driving, and if w/ a manual trans, do you get boogars on the stick shift? Damn...

It seems like if he sees me driving with fogs on, he will stop me and yell at me for driving with fogs on.

Yes, we can see you, but we'd rather not. Or perhaps a novice driver who is either too unfamiliar with his vehicle to find the foglight switch (or put the ragtop down) or too self-absorbed to notice that it's a sunny day (or a rainy day).
