That's exactly the answer you expect from someone driving around with them on all the time...

It's NOT about taste!

They are there for safety reasons and they ARE annoying.
Since they are made for FOG, you just show that you don't know what they are there for and how to use them and your car correctly, when you allways have them on...

I always drive with fog lights on. It really helps illuminate the road better. My current e36 has been lowered about 1.5" so I don't get any complaints from adjacent lane drivers.

It's illigal here in California to drive with fog lights ONLY. However, I'd say 90% of bimmer drivers use both.

I guess its just the cultural thing.

I have even seen (no pic. sorry) an E60 with white undercar-neon that looked pretty cool.... I know you may disagree about mixing 2fast2furious culture with BMW, but it looked good. Would I put neon under my car? NO.

Sorry for digressing the point.

I like driving with foglight on and I don't mind others do.

In Bay Area, California, I use fog light no more than 10 times/year due to clear climate. When I used to live in Gilroy (30 miles south of San Jose), it's foggy every now and then, and I turned on fog light only a few times. Let's chill out again.

No, it doesn't!

Just check it out and you'll find out that you are not seeing better or more than when they are off!!!
