BMWs have been known to be the best drift cars... from the e21 all the way to recent models... did it once in my ride but just couldnt get the b***s to do it again to the car... does anyone here drift?

I occasionally drift when I take my eyes off the road for a second, but quickly get my car back in my lane after realizing my error.

you can only semi drift in the non m e60s. You need a quaife lsd in order to truly drift

he knows what it is, he's just pulling your chain. anyways, try this next time you get a chance:

hold the dtc button down for 5 seconds, sport mode on (if you have it), go into manual shift mode and let her rip.

I don't think I can drift in my xi. Maybe in snow I could fool around on an open road, but...still..no, I wouldn't take a chance.

My Ride: 2006 525XI, Jet black on Dakota beige. Premium and winter packages. I consider myself a purist and intend to keep my car absolutely stock and shiny. 2008 328I Convertible, Sapphire black on beige interior. Premium package, NAV, iPod adapter. Retired: 2002 325I, Titanium silver on black leather. Premium package. Absolutely stock and proud of it.

It can be done turn the DSC and DTC off. It's easier to do it in manual. U can pop the clutch.
