I wash regularly. Within days of getting my 550i I washed, applied Klasse AIO with a Porter Cable, and finally Klasse SG using a finishing pad. I plan on adding layers of Klasse SG sealant weekly for several more weeks, then top with a carnuba wax. I love detailing cars, but there is just a lot more of this one than my M3. On the other hand, this car is silver (easy) and my M3 was black (nightmare).

My car stands now proudly and shining on my parking lot.

But only Thrusday the car was not washed for three weeks,
going about 1,000 km on salty and sandy roads...

Thrust my, even a Titan Silver car can look dirty, and I mean dirty as hell!

I have now e-mailed to Santa (he lives not far from my house here in Finland),
and he promised me a new digital camera.
After that I can submit nice pictures of a really dirty E60 with 16" wheels.

What's Hitchcock's movies after that...

I wash mine often. Min once a week. Washed it today even though the weather was cold and it will likely snow tomorrow. Can't stand a dirty car. Brake dust also drives me crazy...

Just washed mine today for the 1st time. 1 month old yesterday. Was looking a bit dirty but Silver Grey hides the dirt well. A quick soak, shampoo, soak again and then dry off. 45 mins and its looking clean again. The jet washer came in handy - max power quickly takes the grunge off the alloys.

Didnt bother waxing it as too cold and the dealer said they had waxed it pre delivery. Will probably do it next month if I can summon the courage in the cold.

For most of the year, wash every 4 weeks. California car duster, and mini duster for wheels, between washing. More often during rainy season (next few months).

Too dirty. Clean your act up, or you're out of the clean-car club.
