That's brutal about the ketchup and mustard. I'd be furious. I've never experienced that.

After several valet parking accidental gouges on my bumpers, I just had them re-painted. They look good, I must say. All clean.

I would have been really angry if that were my car.

I must say I agree with the Norther attitude. I have lived in the Mid West and South and never have I met so many jerks than my time in CT and NJ. Everybody here is "tough guy" and the girls are as Klassy as a five dollar whore.

My first week with by Boxster someone keyed the car from driver side to bumper. My 5 was dinged the FIRST DAY when I did not even park anywhere near anyone in the parking lot. I guess it made them feel good dinging a car with temporary tags.

I cannot wait to move the fock out of here and back to the Red states where folks seem to have a bit more class.

Well so far no dings on my 2005 530i with sports package, which is lower to the ground, except under the bumper on the right side for parking to close to a cement bumper. I'm defensive like you guys and look for ways to minimise exposure like parking next to a handicap slot or a curbed island. Parking in the back 40 works except for the guy who must park next to you anyway regardless of empty slots. I also notice the bad drivers especially the tailgaters. You can lose them easily on a windy road. The car will exceed 25 mph over the yellow warning speed on highway curves and probably more but I'm too chicken to find out. Bye the way will the DSC keep you out of trouble on a high speed curve?
