unfortunately...i'm the owner of a 550 without the sports package ....shadowline trim is next on the list once i find the correct part numbers to order...
That's like a sleeper without the badge.

All BMW owners know, it's a 550i, others do not

The blue, white, black and chrome is the soul of a BMW,
I would not get rid of that original "propeller" logo.
That's what people hate/love.

Go matte black. You got a 550. Wear that badge with pride bro.

I installed my carbon roundels the other day and decided to debadge at the same time but my car is a lowly 525XI. I still left the XI on there since I'm not embarrased about AWD

I'm thinking of removing the XI though and maybe putting the Xdrive badge that is on the side of the newer Bimmers since it has black in it but not sure if that would be cheezy.

Rebadge in black. Its the nicest e60 on the street (besides the handful of m5s out there) and you should be proud of that v8!
The black badges look real nice, and if you get sick of them you can go the debadged route. But once debadged, I would imagine its a real headache mounting them back on.
Also.. Its a powerful car, but I dont know about it being a "sleeper" from a debadge alone...
