Do 550i have transmission issues?

My Ride: 550i
Model Year: 2010
Does any one know if there are any known issues with the transmission with 2008 550i's?
The reason I ask is because I had one inspected and they mentioned when slowing down they heard a clunk but this only happened once. They were not able to reproduce it so I wanted to get some thoughts if I need to be concerned or not.
