Is it possible to DIY cleaning or replacing Steering Angle Sensor? Ones remove after cleaning, does it require to have it calibrated or something to do with "reseting" the computer???

You can DIY anything really should you have the tools. I personally have never done this specific sensor. But if you get some brake parts cleaner, that will clean it right up. Just make sure you allow it to dry thoroughly. If there's something wrong with the transistor in the sensor though obviously this will not fix any issue. Just remember to disconnect battery as a general rule. You can hold the +/- terminals together for 60 seconds before you reconnect the battery. This will drain the electrical system.

I think member Anzafin did a DIY on changing the steering wheel. I don't remember the details, but it probably would show how to get to the SZL itself.
