A while back, I read a diy here for a diversity antenna. A posters mentioned that you have one chance to seal the newly replaced diversity amplifier from being water damaged again. I can’t find that post anywhere.
Can someone either point me to that specific post or better yet, explain what needs to be sealed and what sealant to use?
thank you!!

Here's a suggestion:
1. Go to the forum menu bar and select Search --> Advanced Search.
2. In the Search by Keyword section , in the Keyword(s) box, type "diversity antenna" in quotes and then "sealant".
3. Leave the Search Entire Posts option.
3. Scroll down and click Search Now.
When I tried it, there were 23 results. Read through those posts. If you don't find the post you're looking for, try some different keywords. Good luck!

I read through all of those. No joy
Is there such thing as a permanent fix for keeping water out the diversity antenna area?

So sorry!
It was worth a shot.
I've moved your post to the E60 General Discussion area where hopefully it will get more exposure.

i think i read that even with a replacement and re-seal of the compartment, water still manages to get in over time. just something you'll have to deal with, i guess.

I wasn't even aware this was a water related issue.
