Disconnect M-ASK for a while !!!

I just need to remove the M-ASK unit for a while. That's mean I have to disconnect all the harnesses in the back of M-ASK unit.
Can I do that without "Coding" after put the M-ASK unit back inplace. (Same unit)
Radio receiver module : Does it have any booster for radio signal receiver hidden somewhere in the car that turn on when we turn on the radio (at M-ASK)? Or just ordinary radio antenna (no DC-power needed to operate)
My intention is to use the OEM antenna with the new (add-on) stereo head unit. Can I?
My car is 525i E60 2005 with M-ASK single CD head unit, Hifi stereo system, No NAVI, No Bluetooth, No telephone.
