Diffference in emission systems '04 545i and '05 550i

1999 BMW 740i (for sale currently)
1995 Euro BMW M5 3.8
1992 BMW 850i
1984 Euro BMW 635csi (for sale currently)
2002 MB C320 (for sale currently)
1998 MB 500SL
1984 Euro MB 500SEC AMG
1971 MB 280se 3.5 coupe
1993 Range Rover LWB (for sale currently)
1975 Fiat 124 Spider
These two cars seem to have a different emission system setup. Anyone knows exactly? Any pics? Thanks in advance

I'm not sure what the specific differences are but the changes were apparently at the heart of the early introduction of the 07 model year in the US in light of the necessary certifications etc. There are some operational diffferences that have been highlighted on threads recently. The 550 seems set to run a high idle upon cold start (settling down quickly to a normal idle) which many of us thought might be a software glitch but seems to perhaps be connected to fuel efficiency and emissions. Sorry I can't be of more help.
