Difference in ride height betweem ZSP and ZMP?

I have a 2007 550i and am trying to ascertain how 172s will look on my car vs. an LCI car with M-Sport pack.

My Ride: 2008 535i 6MT

I think it is the same. The difference is in the shock valving and spring rate.
