Sese hope you have no problem there, mine changed the clatter after the remap that also changes the sound nicely

I have had cards which need topping up on a monthly basis! Generally it is not a problem, it is just some cars are better than others. You should find that it settles down as the car beds in.
How do you find the 525d in general?

I'm a bit puzzled by oil consumption; my 535d (admittedly with 25,000 more km) has not drunk a drop in 6000 km, though as several people have pointed out each engine will be different. There was an interesting thread here on the subject of engine break-in which may explain some of the differences...
