I have with my 2004 E60 2 diamond keys and an emergency key.
The emergency one and one of the diamond key work perfectly, the second diamond key opens and closes the car with remote but won't start engine (Idrive says keys not present).
Dealer tried to check it and said it doesn't comunicate at all with the software. The esasiset thing to do is to put it in the trash can I know
but before making it I'd like to know if there are suggestions or opinion about.
I tried the key alignment procedure even if think is not useful because it already opens and closes the car..
Only had one doubt about it, because the procedure says to make it with door close, but in the moment I put the working key on ignition, doors automatically unlock... don't know if it can nullify the process.
