Diaghead & DIS V57

Hi guys,
I cant seem to get Diaghead to work with DIS v57 properly, INPA works like a charm connects up properly with my car and also I can read and execute fine with NCSexpert but the darn DIS v57 doesnt seem to work properly.
I have attached pictures of the relevent screens.
your Help is appreciated guys.
