A design flaw that is causing rattles on my 06 530i

My Ride: Ordered: 2006 530i on Oct 1st, and due Mid Nov. 6 speed Manual, Navagation, Premium pkg, Sport pkg, Cold Weather pkg, Prem. Sound Package, Titanium Silver, Black Dakota Leather, Dark Poplar wood. 18" 7 Spoke wheels (style 123), euro reflectors, Sat Radio installed.
chrisc151: Can you PM when you get a chance. I have the car at the shop., and they indicated that BMW has a service bulleton on this very issue. They ordered new moldings for the sides of the windshield, and I think you are 100 percent correct about where this creak is really coming from. Thank youfor the heads up, i will run it by my service guy when i see him on Monday.
