Delays!!

Just got confirmation today that my order will go into the June production which means I won't get to see it till August.....ARRRGHHHHHH 
I was checking out some dealerships interstate to see if they had any 540i in stock which comes close to the spec I've ordered. But none of them have Comfort Seats....sigh...what to do ....what to do!!??
I hate waiting....sorry...had to vent

This is strange. I ordered my 550i last Tuesday and the dealer said they started production Friday and the BMW website confirms this information.

I ordered my 530 on the last week in April, it finished production last week and is awaiting transport.
I don't get the delay, is it a V8 thing?

From what I understand from the dealer is that the system that online is not as up to date as the one the dealer can access.
As someone that works with computer systems this would make sense. When I first started tracking my car it showed up as a Monaco Blue 525 then was quickly changed a day or two later.
