Decision made - Order placement - Wait commence

I like to thank everyone for expressing opinions on my recent (Carbon Black / Alpine White) poll and perhaps going for the Audi S4 / Mercedes CLS / Lexus IS350 / Infinti M35. I value all of your views, and weighted on each aspect in my decision.
It is unfortunate the choice of colours for BMW E60 were so limited!
I ordered 535i in Carbon Black M sport to pair with Creme Beige interior and Bamboo trim.
The car will be 6sp manuel production in September for October delivery, the waiting time will be long but my current 530i is still in top form and should be great fun to enjoy for the summer.
I wouldn't want to see the next 4 months as waiting but anticipation is beyond my control.
This will be my BMW#3 and staying with the BMW family for another 3 years. Ownership so far has be wonderful for me.

Congrats rollee, but I'm confused. I think you're in the US, right? If so, carbon black is only available on the 550 Sport.
I am in Canada, we can order M sport package from the factory in carbon black with the 535i up here.

6sp manuel is my personal choice of driving, part of me is very old school.
I was taught manuel since day one in a far away place long ,long time ago. It is one aspect of driving I simply cannot live without.

Congrats and put the Vishnu chip in it right away... $1200 and you get another 60-80 horse... NO BRAINER!
