I saw an E61 yesterday, the badge was so high up it may as well as have been on the rear window!

IMHO debadging is a waste of time because to the E60 enthusiast they should be able to tell the model by the shape and colour of the exhaust. The only exceptions would be the difference between 530i and 525i and 525d and 530d. Anyone who couldn't tell the car from the exhaust wouldn't be interested whether it had a badge or not.

Looking at all of the cars here in Germany that seem to start some kind of rust around the model information on the rear of cars. Salt :thumbsdown: is such a problem here.
