toe is fine, but the negative camber set to spec is your problem. Nothing the dealer did wrong, they just set it to factory spec. I just had my alignment redone at a local shop, they adjusted my camber to -0.8 degrees on each side. The car may not handle a racetrack as well as it would in factory spec, but after I get new rear tires the tires should last more inline with what the treadwear rating is.

You want toe. just how much is enough is the issue. I like 3/16 total, but have not done alignments in a long time.
Tires wear a lot when braking, turning, and accelerating. but mostly during braking and turning
Tires toe out during braking.
Tires scrub during turns
Tires toe in in the rear when accelerating.
So you want a little toe in, to offset loose suspensions and to compensate when the car is braking.

I did some calling around local shops and learned that BMW and Benz wheels are factory cambered for better handling and performance and that the inner tire wear is normal, just maybe not to this extent. And that there's only a little bit of room for adjusting; mine are pretty much maxed.
Are camber plates what I need to straighten the rear wheels out? I found this KMAC Rear Camber Kit. Seems like this is the solution for less tire wear, otherwise raise the car again... I mean, let's face it, as much as I pretend
I'm no race car driver, so the better handling with cambered wheels isn't necessary.

Have them set your camber to -.05 or less once you get the kit installed.
Good luck
