So I got my recall about my front passenger restraint system from BMW NA yesterday. I bought my car used, and I was told that the recall needs to be done by a dealership. I have not dealt with any BMW dealerships before. I am in Santa Cruz, any recommendations on a good dealer to do the work? The closer the better, but I would rather go somewhere and get good service rather than save some time and have someone mess up my car. Thanks in advance.
